RETURNS & REFUNDS

All sales are final due to the nature of our products and to maintain hygiene standards.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including sizing, fit, or preference. Please review product descriptions and size guides carefully before placing your order.

In the event of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at bummel.co@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review the issue and may, at our discretion, offer a store credit. Items will not be accepted for return.

We currently ship to Canada and the United States. International shipping options may be added in the future!!
