Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Please note that processing times may be extended during launches or high-volume periods.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Canada: 2–7 business days
United States: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Bummel Activewear is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once an order has been marked as delivered.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

International Orders

International orders (including U.S. orders) may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
